nsl-66型試驗室濃縮機是采用濕式選礦的選后產(chǎn)品（礦漿）進行脫水的一種設備，由濃縮池和機械刮泥耙組成。進入濃縮池的礦漿其固體礦粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，實現(xiàn)固液分離，沉積于池底的礦泥被刮泥耙連續(xù)不斷地集到中心排礦口排成，而澄清水由池邊溢流口溢出，達到脫水濃縮的目的。

三、傳動過程及結構
3.transmission process and structure
nsl-66型試驗室濃縮機由濃縮池、減速裝置、提耙裝置、進料槽等組成。

傳動時由減速電機帶動主軸和耙架逆時針方向低速轉動，沉降礦粒被連續(xù)刮集到排礦石漏斗排出。
